1. Identity of the Entity

This website (myshop.welcome2ridus.com) is owned and operated by RIDUS, an e-commerce entity registered in Karnataka, India.

  • Grievance Officer: In accordance with the Information Technology Act and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, any grievances should be directed to the Grievance Officer at customercare@welcome2ridus.com.

2. Nature of Services (Dropshipping Disclosure)

RIDUS operates as an e-commerce marketplace platform. We do not maintain an inventory of the goods sold on this website. When you place an order, the product is fulfilled and shipped directly by our verified third-party global or domestic suppliers to your provided address.

3. Importer of Record & Customs (For International Orders)

For products shipped from international locations:

  • The Customer (Buyer) acts as the "Importer of Record."

  • By purchasing, you authorize the shipping carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities to clear your merchandise.

  • Customs Duties: Any import duties, IGST, or customs clearance charges levied by the Government of India are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

4. Liability & Warranty

As a marketplace facilitator, RIDUS does not provide any direct warranties on the products. All product warranties, guarantees, and after-sales service (if any) are provided directly by the manufacturer or the primary supplier.

  • RIDUS shall not be liable for any product defects, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of products sourced through our platform.

  • However, we provide a Buyer Protection Window to assist with returns or refunds for damaged or "not as described" items, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & GST Compliance

  • RIDUS is a GST-compliant entity in Karnataka.

  • All prices are subject to change based on supplier costs. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds in the event of a technical pricing error.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the use of myshop.welcome2ridus.com or the services provided by RIDUS shall be governed by the laws of India. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
