This is a final, comprehensive shipping policy for welcome2ridus. It is updated for 2026 regulations, including transparency requirements for international imports and the "Right to Information" standards.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at welcome2ridus. We aim to provide a transparent and efficient shipping experience. Since we source our products from global partners to offer you unique selections at the best prices, please review our shipping timelines and terms below.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • In the event of high order volumes or seasonal peaks, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We ship to customers worldwide. Our estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8–15 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Note: These are estimates. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Customs inspections or local postal delays may occasionally extend these windows.

3. Shipping Rates

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You can track your package directly on our website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

welcome2ridus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • EU Customers: For orders under €150, VAT is typically collected at checkout via our IOSS registration to ensure a smooth delivery. For orders over €150, you may be charged import VAT and duties by your local customs office upon arrival.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged on Arrival: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact customercare@welcome2ridus.com immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. RIDUS is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is processed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
